Lamanator Plus Restoration Process

These are the steps in cleaning & refinishing a floor.  You will see they are quite simple and easy to do. 

1. Vacuum or Sweep floor to remove any dirt, dust, and lint.
2. Lightly spray the laminate cleaner product (Fresh Start) on the floor.
3. Scrub the floor with mild scrub pad (included in kit).
4. Mop up the floor with microfiber mop (included in kit).
5. Spray a light coat of laminate finish product (Restorer) on the floor.
6. Spread the finish evenly using the microfiber mop (included in kit).
7. Let dry ½ hour.
8. Apply second and final coat to the floor.
9. That's it! It should last 1-2 years, depending on the amount of traffic on the floor and how well it is kept (which is easy to do with our laminate Floor Cleaner - included in kit).
10. Now when the floor starts looking dull again and needs to be redone, you don't need to deep scrub the floor again with the Fresh Start. Simply mop it good, let dry, and re-apply the finish product (Restorer). Now you have a brand new looking floor again. You can apply the Restorer as often as you like to keep the floor looking new, it will not build on the floor like wax or other products.

• When using Lamanator Fresh Start, be sure to scrub the floor thoroughly. Sometimes there are black lines embedded in the floor from cleaners that don't work. Give the floor a good scrub.
• For successful results on new or old floors, do not skip using Lamanator Fresh Start. Follow the instructions and rinse thoroughly. Apply Lamanator Restorer per directions. Be sure the first coat is completely dry before applying the second coat. Allow 24 inches of overlap on the deep scrubbed area when doing half the floor at a time.
• Lamanator Restorer can also be used on wood or laminate cabinets. Just follow the same directions as you would for flooring.
• Use Lamanator Floor Cleaner for your regular maintenance cleaning. Unlike other cleaners might, It will not leave film or residue on the floor...it will dry clear. As well, other cleaners may leave streaks and cause the floor to be duller looking. Other cleaners may also cause more visible foot or paw prints.

• Use Lamanator Fresh Start to prep the floor. It is important you do not skip this step for successful results on new or old floors. Rinse off Lamanator Fresh Start thoroughly. The cleaner the floor the better the results.
• Be sure to rinse off the all the old slime and dirt very thoroughly. This is vital for good results.
• Apply Lamanator Restorer per directions. Be sure the first coat is completely dry before applying the second coat. Allow 24 inches of overlap on the deep scrubbed area when doing half the floor at a time.
• Use Lamanator Floor Cleaner for your regular maintenance cleaning. Unlike other cleaners might, it will not leave film or residue on the floor...it will dry clear. • There is no need to use Lamanator Fresh Start on these types of floors.
• An important step is to get the grout as clean as you can.
• Get the surface of the slate, tile, concrete and ceramics as clean as possible. Make sure the last thing use is water to rinse the floor thoroughly. Do not leave soap or other foreign products on the floor. Allow to dry completely.
• Do Not Use on polished ceramic or glazed tile.

• Use Lamanator Fresh Start on all rubber surfaces. Rinse off thoroughly. Do not skip this step for best results.
• Apply Lamanator Restorer to the clean surface. We recommend three coats. Allow to dry between application of coats.
